First, the financial conditions.

The personnel applying for this project shall meet the following conditions:

3. Fourth, the workflow.

(1) Publicity stage (13 February 20th-February 20th)

Applicants can log on to the websites of "Jinan Civil Affairs" and "Jinan Social Workers" to download the project declaration form, and submit the paper version and electronic version of the application materials to our project office before February 28, and will not be accepted after the deadline.

The project application shall also submit the following materials:

(4) Review and project establishment stage (March 5, 2000-March 7, 2000)

The project executing agency or team shall abide by the relevant commitments, fulfill the agreed obligations and complete the project on schedule. Once the project is established, it shall not be subcontracted or adjusted. If the project needs to be terminated, cancelled or changed due to special reasons during implementation, it must be reported to our project office for approval. Except for force majeure, all projects should be completed within the project year. In accordance with the relevant deployment and requirements of the Civil Affairs Bureau, check and evaluate the implementation of the project in stages, find and solve problems in time, sum up and popularize advanced experience, and punish organizations or teams that are unfavorable in implementation according to relevant regulations.

(6) Evaluation and summary stage (20 _ _-August 2 1 day to August 28)

According to the relevant requirements of Jinan Supporting Social Organizations to Participate in Social Service Demonstration Projects, I will entrust a third party to inspect and audit the use of project funds and evaluate the implementation performance of the project. According to the relevant requirements of the Civil Affairs Bureau, the project implementation organization or team shall submit an interim report to our project office before March 20, 20 years after the project is formally established; Submit a summary report to our project office before August 20, 20__, including: project implementation, fund management, publicity and promotion, implementation effect, social effect and project evaluation report, etc.

(1) Within 3 working days after the project application is approved, our project office will allocate funds according to the procedures. Project funds shall not be used to pay fines, repay debts, invest abroad, buy cars, etc. , shall not be in any form of misappropriation, interception or misappropriation of project funds.

(3) I will follow up, check and audit the use of funds according to the relevant provisions of fund management, and will severely deal with those who violate the provisions on the use of project funds according to relevant laws and regulations.
