After removing the telephone panel on the wall, observe the cable type:

1. If the telephone line uses eight-core twisted pair (network cable), see the figure below;

2. Just replace the telephone module with the network module, as shown below (telephone module on the left, network module on the right);

3. The module wiring must conform to the color sequence of EIA/TIA568A or EIA/TIA568B. Generally speaking, both ends of the network cable are made of the same standard. At present, EIA/TIA568B standard is commonly used, and the wiring method can be carried out according to the following figure.

Note: different brands of modules will have different styles and wiring positions, but as long as the wiring is strictly in accordance with the color code, there will be no problem.

4. If the two-core telephone line is shown in the figure below, it can't be changed without changing the line.
