Preparation method of lanthanum tungsten electrode
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lanthanum tungsten electrode, which is mainly used in the technical field of TIG (tungsten inert gas shielded welding) and plasma (plasma) welding, cutting, spraying and melting metals.
(1) lanthanum acetate and slurry made of solid raw materials APT, WO3 and W powder are evenly mixed to prepare lanthanum-tungsten coated powder;
(2) The decomposition process of lanthanum salt in the powder coated with lanthanum and tungsten is synchronous with the reduction process in hydrogen atmosphere. The primary reduction temperature is controlled at 600-700℃ for 2-3 hours, the secondary reduction temperature is controlled at 800-970℃, and the hydrogen flow rate is 0.5-2.0m3/h during the process.
