The safety risks of power grid engineering construction are divided into five levels. The second is to have a strict overall construction safety technical scheme and safety measures, fully foresee all kinds of dangerous points, and have specific preventive measures. The overall plan shall be submitted to the Security Section of the Bureau for the record;

Three, the construction team must carry out the necessary safety technical training and examination, qualified before being allowed to work at his post. Operators should enter the construction site with "safety qualification certificate", otherwise, leaders will be responsible for any problems. The training examination shall be recorded in the Training Record of the unit in detail;

IV. Sign a "safety contract" for the laborers employed by the project (one for the unit, one for the person and one for the family, and signed by all three parties at the same time). I take full responsibility for the accidents caused by the reckless and blind operation of the construction personnel on the site while knowing the violation of laws and regulations.
