[Recipes] 1, Cistanchis Porridge: 30g of Cistanchis, 5g of antler gelatin, 100g of mutton, 150g of round-grained rice, juice of Cistanchis decocted in water, mutton cut into small pieces, and rice cooked with porridge, and antler gelatin boiled until porridge is cooked. Originally from "Sheng Hui Fang". This formula uses Herba Cistanches, antler gelatin and mutton to tonify kidney yang and benefit essence and blood. It is used in treating kidney deficiency, deficiency of essence and blood, impotence, premature ejaculation, infertility of women with uterine cold and soreness of waist and knees. 2, Cistanches and Hemp Seed Paste: 15g of Cistanches, 30g of Hemp Seed, 6g of Sedum, Cistanches and Hemp Seed are decocted with water, and Sedum is decocted together to get the thick juice, add about the same amount of condensed honey, stir, and decoct to boil the paste. Take 1~2 spoonfuls each time. Derived from Jin Gui Yi (Originally from Pills). This formula uses Herba Cistanches and Flaxseed to moisten the intestines and relax the bowels, Sedum to move Qi and remove flatulence, and honey to moisten the intestines. This formula is used in treating constipation and abdominal distension due to dryness of intestines and fluid. [Cistanchis Wine] 1. Cistanchis Wine: 200g of Cistanchis is soaked in 3kg of white wine for 7-15 days, and 10-30ml is consumed daily. 2. 2.
