Forced beat assembly line means that each working procedure completes its own processing task strictly within the specified takt time, and each working procedure of forced beat has reached the synchronization of beat; In the form of rough assembly line, organize some mobile forces to deal with the phenomenon of sudden parking; Free-beat assembly line means that there is no strict takt time regulation between processes, and only a certain output is required within a certain time.
