This course has been offered in teacher training colleges for more than 10 years, but it has always been a marginal course, and has not been given the same attention as other skill courses to establish its status as a corresponding discipline.

I. Status of the course and the crisis

The expansion of colleges and universities, the negative impact of electronic media (computers, cell phones, television, etc. often appear a large number of misspelled words), the writing level of college students is getting worse and worse. Higher teacher students' writing foundation is even lower and lower, even Chinese education majors are no exception, some young teachers are also in its ranks.

2, awareness and interest

As the saying goes, interest is the best teacher. In recent years, students' interest in practicing writing has been deteriorating, as evidenced by the increase in the number of students in the school and the number of calligraphy clubs have plummeted. First of all, in the understanding that writing is a marginal elective course is not important, good or bad does not affect graduation. Nowadays, social assessment and career requirements do not involve writing, there is no mandatory requirements, students are naturally not enthusiastic about practicing calligraphy, and it is difficult to cultivate interest. Secondly, most of the students also have the desire to write well in hard-copy characters, but because of the poor foundation, the course is too short, they do not have confidence and are not willing to squeeze the time to spend on practicing characters without pressure and time-consuming and laborious, and are busy dealing with the English, computer, Putonghua exams and certificates, as well as facing the pressure of employment and choosing to go to graduate school. Three, suggestions and countermeasures

1, as soon as possible to establish the status of writing education, building a more complete writing education system

Education authorities should fully understand the cultural value and historical significance of writing education, recognize its important role in the national basic quality education, to build a scientific and standardized writing education system from elementary school to university, as soon as possible to establish its status as a discipline, as the quality of art education of music, art teachers, so that the writing course into the primary and secondary school schedule, into the classroom, the configuration of full-time teachers. It is suggested that in elementary school grades 1 to 5, junior high school in the first two years of formal writing courses, high school in the first two years of writing elective courses, college and university teacher training and liberal arts courses to provide mandatory writing, science and technology to provide elective courses, and are set up credits. Writing education as a systematic project implemented at all stages, while in order to solve the problem of teachers, there are plans to set up calligraphy education in fine arts and teacher training colleges and universities.

There is no motivation without pressure, and the Putonghua proficiency test is the best proof of this. Because of the passing requirement, schools attach great importance to it, students are very conscious of it, and the teaching effect is more significant than before the passing requirement. Moreover, the state also has Putonghua proficiency requirements for in-service teachers and civil servants. It is suggested that the "three-stroke writing", which is also a basic skill of teachers, should also refer to the Putonghua curriculum and establish a "three-stroke writing" testing organization to set up the writing requirements for the "three-stroke writing" of high school teachers and students, and to set up a grading system to evaluate their performance. Evaluation. At least there are basic norms and requirements for hard-copy and chalk writing, with brush writing as a reference. Because of the special nature of practicing writing, classes can be held in the first year of college, and the test and evaluation can be held in the third year of college. 2. Change the concept of teaching and accelerate the construction of teaching materials and facilities.

(2) According to the syllabus of the "three strokes" course, the authoritative "three strokes" teaching materials should be prepared as soon as possible in a practical and reasonable manner. It is best to organize the first-line teachers to write. Font should choose Wang Xizhi, Mi Fu, Zhao Mengkou and other famous artists of the regular script. (3), the establishment of senior teachers writing teaching research, academic seminars and other activities. Regular training for teachers of "three strokes" to improve their teaching ability. To set up a public publication on writing education for senior teachers, so that teachers can exchange their teaching experience, introduce their teaching experience, publish their teaching research results, and establish a research system for the teaching and learning of "three-stroke writing". Students will also have a place to study, exchange and publish their work.

(4), the institutions should increase investment as soon as possible, set up a special "three strokes" classroom, improve teaching facilities, equipped with electronic teaching equipment, the higher authorities should supervise the inspection, evaluation and acceptance.
