How to feed rabbits

Rabbits feeding methods are as follows:

1, after we feed rabbits fresh green food, if the food within 10 minutes there are still residues need to be removed immediately, otherwise it is easy to mold and rot (especially in summer) this environment can easily lead to rabbit disease, we can put some hay to reduce pollution.

2. Don't change the food you feed your rabbits so easily, for example, we have been feeding our rabbits dry food, don't suddenly convert it to fresh plants.

3, if you want to feed vegetables and so on, you need to wash these vegetables and dry the water on them.

4. Rabbits have a weak stomach, so don't give them anything cold. Don't take food from the roadside for your rabbit to eat!

5. You need to control the portion each time you feed your rabbit, and if you feed your rabbit fresh fruit, you need to match it with hay to avoid digestive problems.

6. Feeding should be done at regular intervals so that the rabbit's stomach and intestines can adapt to it, and at the same time ensure that the rabbit can exercise properly, so that it will be healthier.

Notes on raising rabbits

Try to choose rabbit feed from big manufacturers and brands, and don't feed rabbits with pig feed or chicken feed. If you process the feed yourself, the feed must be scientifically proportioned, that is, you can't lack crude fiber feed, protein feed and energy feed. At the same time, you have to pay attention to the addition and use of minerals, trace elements, vitamins.

Raising rabbits are most afraid of group epidemics, especially rabbit plague (rabbit viral hemorrhagic disease), once the onset of the disease may bring disaster to the rabbits, so you have to vaccinate your rabbits regularly. You can choose the combined vaccine of plague and Pakistan. Generally rabbits are vaccinated every 3-4 months, once at 30 days of age and again at 45 days of age for a booster. As long as the vaccination is successful, the rabbit plague can be better prevented.
