Zhongwei Cloud Center in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Industrial Park has been completed and put into operation, and 16 enterprises such as Western Cloud Base Company have settled in, and a number of cloud manufacturing, cloud services and cloud application projects have been settled and started. Cloud application projects such as environmental protection, transportation, health, tourism and media have been accelerated. With the implementation of the "internet plus" action plan, there have been 100 rural e-commerce service stations, 125 corporate enterprises engaged in cloud computing and supporting industries in the city, and 67 newly registered in 20 15. Zhongwei is listed as a "Broadband China" demonstration city and a national smart city.

Traffic logistics opens up a new situation. Haiyuan-Haixing Development Zone expressway will soon be opened to traffic, Haiyuan-Tongxin expressway and Wuzhong-Zhongwei intercity railways will start construction, the second-line project of Ganwu Railway will be accelerated, the capacity expansion and reconstruction of baotou-lanzhou railway-Lanzhou Zhongwei section and the preliminary work of Wuma Expressway Zhongwei section will be carried out. The Zhongning E-commerce Incubation Park was built, and a new marketing model of "Internet plus featured agricultural products" was explored. The sales revenue of Lycium barbarum increased by 22.7%.

Industrial development presents a new pattern. Vigorously develop strategic emerging industries with high technology content and strong technical support. Metallurgical industry represented by electrolytic manganese metal, fine chemical industry represented by methionine, new material industry represented by N-type monocrystalline silicon, agricultural product processing industry represented by the development of Lycium barbarum product series, and new energy industry represented by photovoltaic wind power have developed steadily. A number of projects such as the first phase of Ziguang Tianhua Methionine were completed and put into operation, and a number of projects such as China Power Investment Co-supply, Xingertai10.2 million tons of nitro compound fertilizer were accelerated.
