Method for making cold noodles
The preparation method of cold noodles comprises the following steps:
1. Pour the edible alkali, salt and flour into a basin, stir the dough for 30 minutes after forming, and divide the dough into three parts.
2. Put it in a dough press to make noodles, cook the noodles, take them out and put them in ice water for cooling.
3. Shred the cabbage, slice the carrot, pour the oil in the pot, thicken with salt and stir fry.
