I want to export goods from Tianjin to Taiwan Province Province in a 20-foot container. What are the fees and procedures?

If it is the first time to give you advice, you should find a freight forwarding company to operate. They can help you solve all the problems of cargo transportation from cargo transportation to customs declaration. But be careful when choosing a freight forwarder!

What you need to provide:

1, export power of attorney

You can ask the forwarder to send you any specific format, just fill it out clearly according to the above.

2. List of export goods

If you need to transport this, you should write down the packing time and place clearly, and you'd better consult some transportation companies about the freight yourself.

3. Packing list

4. Invoice

5, export verification form, tax refund form

The freight forwarder has a special customs declaration unit to help you declare. The above three items are the basic documents for customs declaration.

6. Export license

7. Customs declaration manual

8. Commodity inspection

Depending on your product type, you may need the above three things.

That's all. Ask again if you don't understand anything.

(1) Review the shipping terms in the L/C: After receiving the L/C, you need to review the relevant shipping terms in the L/C, such as the date of shipment, settlement date, port of shipment, port of destination, whether transshipment or partial shipment is allowed, and whether the shipping company, name, nationality and shipping space are specified. Some certificates require all kinds of certificates, such as airline certificate and ship registration certificate.

(2) Inspection preparation: according to the provisions of export contracts and letters of credit on the variety, specifications, quantity and packaging of goods, prepare export goods on time, with good quality and quantity, and do a good job in inspection and certification. Refrigerated goods should be cooled to ensure that they meet the specified temperature requirements during transportation. In China, all commodities listed in the "Category Catalogue" stipulated by the commodity inspection authorities, as well as those with certificates issued by the commodity inspection authorities according to the letter of credit and trade contracts, must fill in the "Export Inspection Form" to apply for commodity inspection before export declaration. Some export commodities need weight identification, and some need animal and plant quarantine or health and safety inspection, which must be completed in advance and obtained qualified inspection certificates. Do a good job of preparation before shipment, and the goods certificate is complete, so you can handle the consignment work.

(3) Shipment booking: After the export consignment note is prepared, you can go through the booking formalities with the freight forwarder. The freight forwarder shall, according to the specific requirements of the shipper, book the shipping space with the shipping company or its agent in time after sorting out the routes. The shipowner can also book shipping space directly with the shipping company or its agent. When the shipping company or its agent signs the bill of lading, the booking work is completed, which means that the transportation contract between the shipper and the carrier has been concluded.

(4) Insurance: After booking the shipping space, if the goods are insured by the seller, you can go through the insurance formalities for cargo transportation insurance. The insurance amount is usually insured at the CIF invoice price (the premium amount is agreed by the buyer and the seller, and is generally insured at 10% if there is no agreement).

(5) The goods are concentrated in the port area: after the ship loading plan is determined, the shipper shall complete the container transportation procedures within the specified time limit according to the port purchase notice, and transport the exported goods to the port area for centralized loading in time, so as to ensure clear batches, pieces and marks. Special attention should be paid to maintaining close contact with the port area, shipping companies and related transportation companies or railways, and completing the procurement on time to prevent the work from being out of line and affecting the shipment progress.

(6) Customs declaration: After the goods are concentrated in the port area, the prepared customs declaration form for export goods, together with the loading list, invoice, packing list, commodity inspection certificate, export contract, foreign exchange verification form and other related documents, must be declared to the customs for export, and can only be shipped after passing the customs inspection.

(7) Loading work: Before loading, the tallyman collects the loading list and receipt of the goods released by the customs on behalf of the ship, and after sorting, receives the goods and loads them in batches according to the stowage plan and manifest. In the process of loading, the freight forwarder entrusted by the shipper should send someone to supervise the loading at the scene, keep abreast of the loading progress and deal with temporary problems. After loading, the tally leader should sign the receipt with the first mate on board and give it to the shipper. If the tallyman finds a batch of defective or poorly packed goods, he will annotate the receipt and sign it by the first mate to determine the responsibilities of both the ship and the goods. However, as the shipper, we should try not to annotate the receipt to get a clean bill of lading.

(8) After the shipment is completed, the shipper can exchange the on-board bill of lading with the receiving shipping company or its agent in addition to sending the shipping notice to the consignee, and then the transportation work will come to an end.

(9) Preparation of settlement documents: After the settlement documents stipulated in the contract or letter of credit are prepared, they shall be presented to the bank within the validity period of negotiation stipulated in the settlement contract or letter of credit.
