Jujube yam cake: peel and cut the yam into sections, prepare to wash the jujube, steam it for half an hour on high fire, peel the jujube while it is hot, mash the yam with a spoon, add flour 1: 1 yam and knead it until it doesn't stick to your hands. Take a proper amount and circle the red dates. Wrap it, sprinkle some sesame seeds, brush the oil in the pan, and fry it slowly on low heat until both sides are golden.
