What is the height limit of rural houses?

Now many self-built houses in rural areas are mostly templates for their own planning. In addition, in the past, the state's management of building houses was not strict, and some farmers even built buildings with more than three floors in rural areas. The safety of these buildings is not guaranteed and does not meet the requirements of housing construction.

Therefore, the state has issued a height limit order for self-built houses. According to the Rural Housing Construction Skills Policy (Trial) issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China, there are two layout modes for rural housing:

One is to produce courtyard agriculture for farmers, which can not exceed 3 floors in principle;

The other is to allow farmers who are divorced from agricultural production to build 4-5 floors, with a height of 2.6-3 meters and a height of no more than 3.3 meters.
