What should technicians do at the construction site?

A while ago, four college students majoring in industry, civil engineering and civil engineering came to our unit to apply. They are very confident and pragmatic. They told me a lot of lofty ideals and ambitions, and also euphemistically expressed some dissatisfaction with wages. I told them: to do a good job and want to eat this bowl of rice, we must calm down, read more books, ask more questions and be more careful. You can use this experience as a springboard, but you can't take your work seriously. You are allowed not to understand, but you are not allowed to make your own decisions without asking when you don't understand.

When I asked the technician what to do at the construction site, I told him: pay-off, material planning, technical disclosure, sampling and inspection of raw materials, on-site quality inspection, filling in hidden information, checking the steel bar blanking sheet, checking the template size and elevation, etc. But at first, I just followed the foreman to complete the task assigned by the foreman.

Let's go first. It is impossible and unrealistic for technicians to master the basic skills of messenger wire after full-time surveyors set the main axis and complete the elevation control points, instead of always relying on theodolite. The positioning and lofting of a house and office building is much simpler, and the industrial workshop is much more complicated.

Pay-off measurement size must put an end to the use of small feet a foot (commonly used in the construction site 3 meters feet, 5 meters feet) to avoid error accumulation. In addition, when the height difference between two points is large, the error is much smaller when the Pythagorean theorem is used to calculate the general deviation and the height difference between two points. Remember the main points that the teacher said when studying measurement: first the whole, then the broken part; Always review, the previous work is not reviewed, and the next work cannot be carried out; The measuring steps should be checked.

Measuring and setting out is particularly important in construction, and your negligence may cause great economic losses. At present, the survey and setting-out in the construction site is not as formal as the survey practice in the school. The distance is measured with a front ruler, a back ruler, readings and records. It is often the foreman and technician who pay off the line and then ask a worker to help at the scene. This is really inappropriate. You can't ask the project manager to have enough professionals to accompany you in positioning, but you must be careful and run back and forth.

Generally speaking, it is also a technician's business to give elevation on the construction site. Look at the level, look at the ruler, but not necessarily who it is. Note that the pitch of the front and rear tower rulers has a great influence on the observation results. Another point is that when the tower ruler is pointing, it is not easy for non-professionals to master it. If you don't remind me repeatedly, it's not surprising that it's 3~5 mm short.

There is also a saying that is circulated on the construction site. Although it is not completely correct, it can be regarded as a magic weapon for surveyors to protect themselves: "The triangle should be small, and the lines should be thick", which means that when drawing the red triangle as the elevation, don't draw it too big, and the ink lines should be thick when playing ink lines. Hehe, what do you mean? Think it over for yourself.

As on-site technicians, the use and operation of level, theodolite, Mo Dou and line pendant must be skilled.

Besides, the material plan, whether the budgeter mentioned it or not, as a technician, must be done again by himself. You calculate the actual consumption, don't look at the content of the budget quota. The quota is composed of various engineering categories. Some quotas are not used in actual construction, and some are not enough, such as tile marble. The design has given the size specifications. You can actually arrange the number of half bricks that need to be cut. As long as you put your heart into it, you can mention the number. In this way, when you go to the site, you will have a well-thought-out plan and find the problem at once.

At present, 03G 10 1 atlas is generally used for reinforcement design. Just learning reinforced concrete, you should be familiar with it faster than others. Pay attention to the number of rebar joints when lifting rebar materials.

If you set up your own concrete mixer, cement is generally accrued according to the budget. After the concrete mixture ratio list comes out, it will be adjusted according to the actual dosage per cubic meter. Sand is generally 0.5 cubic meters per cubic meter, and stone can be raised according to the plan of per cubic meter 1 cubic meter.

Talking about writing technical disclosure, generally speaking, the common fault of technical disclosure is that there are many books and specifications, which can guide construction. My experience is that in the case of unclear construction technology and steps, it is best to copy more specifications. You can let others say that your publicity is rote learning and can't guide specific construction, but it's better than letting others read it and say that you don't understand and speak layman's words. Another reason is that the technical disclosure is to enter the completion data, so there is absolutely no violation of the specification. After all, some things can be done but not written. If we want to improve, we should look at the workers' operations more and see what is not done according to the book and what is the bad influence on the quality. You must write it down and make a summary. In some formal units, the sampling inspection of raw materials is jointly completed by sampling witnesses and material engineers and supervisors. As a technician, you should also participate. What you learned at school, and what you learned by rote about norms and procedures, are far less memorable than what you actually experienced. For example, the selection of mechanical properties test specimens of steel bars can not be simply intercepted from the end of steel bars, and it is generally necessary to intercept about 1 m to take samples, because the influence on the end of steel bars should be eliminated during hot rolling. If the steel supply channel is reliable and the long-term cooperation credibility is high, the steel bar specimen of this specification can also be taken out at one time on 1 steel bar, which, after all, saves the artificially increased number of joints when the steel bar is mixed, resulting in the waste of materials. But please remember what the standard practice should be. No matter how harmonious you feel in front of the owners and supervisors, you can never tell the truth when you don't obey the rules. Of course, for new technicians, it is best to do it in strict accordance with the requirements of the specification. The first advantage is that you feel safe in your heart, and the second advantage is that it is always good to give others an impression of doing things seriously.

Cement sampling must be carried out according to the specification requirements, and a small amount of each bag of 10 is mixed for inspection. The advantage is that it provides the data closest to the real situation for the laboratory, making the mix list more economical and scientific.

On-site quality inspection, template size and elevation inspection and so on seem simple, but in fact, the accumulation of experience is also very important. If you stay at the scene for a long time, you will know where the key lies. Pre-control is very important. It is the most disgusting thing for project managers and operators to find fault with instruments after a fait accompli. You have worked hard for a long time, and when you report the inspection results to the competent leader and project manager, you often look very pale. Politely say you know, you are welcome to strangle you immediately: "What did you do?"

It is your job as a scholar to fill in hidden information, including writing and underlining in the construction diary. Don't tell someone who should do it, and it shouldn't be the job of technicians. Think of it as a free learning opportunity for you to write about the progress, mechanical operation and personnel arrangement of the day when others are resting and drinking every day. Look at how others arrange it, think about how so-and-so handles it, express less opinions, try to figure out the skills of deploying personnel and deal with the results of supervision. We should set an ambition and lay the foundation for our independent project. Complaining won't help, your efforts and efforts will be seen by others, and getting the recognition of leaders and the respect of workers is the first step for you to be a good technician.

If your company's practice is that the rebar foreman is responsible for the rebar bill, you can check it yourself, mainly to see if the location of rebar joints is reasonable. If you want to do technical work well, you must first create a good working atmosphere. Let the people around you agree with you, and you can rely on small sales if necessary.

The stage of being a technician is the stage of laying the foundation. The acquisition and accumulation of practical experience in the construction site and the formation of the basic framework of interpersonal relationship, including the establishment of one's own style of doing things, are all at this stage.

Drinking at the construction site is inevitable, and internal communication needs it, so please invite Party A's supervisor to drink. If you can drink 1 kg, just say drink half a catty. Design change and engineering visa work are very important in construction management, because it involves a wide range of contents, complicated reasons and poor regularity, and it takes a long time to determine its cost. Generally, the project cost adjusted due to design change and project visa accounts for nearly 20% of the total settlement of unit project completion, ranging from 6%, especially in technical transformation and technical measures, accounting for more than 20%, and sometimes even reaching 40%. Therefore, it is a great event for the construction unit to attach importance to and do this work well. I think it is the first important thing to know and understand the meaning and content of design change and engineering visa, so as not to help.

The meaning and content of design change

Design change is in the process of engineering construction, in order to ensure the quality of design and construction and improve the engineering design. Correct design errors and design modifications to adapt to changes in site conditions. Generally, there are two kinds of design change notice issued by the original design unit and design change contact form approved by the original design unit with the consent of the construction unit.

At the design disclosure meeting organized by the construction unit with the participation of the design unit and the construction enterprise, it is a design change to change the construction drawing after the construction enterprise and the construction unit propose and all parties agree to study it. Therefore, the design unit or construction unit is responsible for adding new drawings or design change instructions.

In the process of construction, construction enterprises encounter some unexpected specific situations and need to deal with them; The resulting design changes. For example, during the installation of engineering pipelines, equipment and pipe piers not considered in the original design are encountered, and there is no installation position at the original design elevation. If it is really necessary to change the direction or elevation of the original design pipeline, the design change or design change contact list shall be handled with the consent of the design unit and the construction unit. Such design changes shall indicate the changed items, locations, reasons, practices, specifications and quantities, as well as the changed construction drawings, which shall be deemed as design changes after being signed and confirmed by Party A..

After the project starts, due to the needs of some aspects, the construction unit requires to change some construction methods or increase or decrease some specific projects. In the process of construction, due to the reasons of construction and resource market, such as immature material supply or construction conditions, design changes caused by the need to replace with other materials or change the specific design of some engineering projects can be regarded as design changes with the consent of both parties or three parties.

The meaning and content of engineering visa

The project visa in the construction process mainly refers to the visa of the actual construction content that is not included in the construction drawing budget or budget quota fee, except the engineering content determined by the construction enterprise in the construction drawings and design changes, such as the change of construction conditions or the change of engineering quantity caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Due to the reasons of the construction unit, the materials, sites and equipment data are not provided according to the time and requirements stipulated in the contract, resulting in the construction enterprise's shutdown and slowdown.

Due to the reasons of the construction unit, it is decided to stop or postpone the project halfway, or the losses caused by the stoppage, slowdown and rework of the construction enterprise, such as the relocation of personnel and machinery.

In the process of construction, water and electricity are cut off due to the reasons of the construction unit, which leads to the long-term failure of the project, and the construction enterprise cannot arrange the shutdown, resulting in economic losses.

In the technical renovation project, it is often encountered that the working face is too narrow and the operation exceeds a certain height during the construction process, so it is necessary to use large machinery to ensure the smooth progress of the project. When it happens, the construction enterprise shall inform the construction unit of the actual situation and construction plan in time, and implement it after the consent of the construction unit. At this point, the construction enterprise should apply for a project visa.

For major maintenance projects and sporadic maintenance projects, most of them have no formal construction drawings. Before maintenance, construction enterprises often put forward a maintenance plan, apply for a project visa after maintenance is completed, and then settle the project according to the project visa. At this time, the project visa work is particularly important, which is directly related to the smooth progress of maintenance and settlement work.

Principles and points for attention in handling design change negotiations

The design change negotiation is proposed by the construction party, and after confirmation by the construction unit and the design unit, the design department will issue corresponding drawings or instructions, and then issue them to relevant departments for implementation. However, the following principles should be paid attention to when submitting for negotiation: ① Is it convenient for construction after modification? ② Can the construction unit accept the increased cost? (3) In order to avoid unnecessary troubles in settlement, try to change the material substitution form and the changeable settlement basis of design-related visas, resulting in the increase or decrease of expenses.

Matters needing attention in handling engineering visa

Handle the on-site visa in time. Any work stoppage, slowdown, employment visa and mechanical shift visa involving economic expenses must be verified by the on-site representative at the first time. If the site representative refuses to sign the visa, he can take a step back and let him sign the facts and postpone the construction period. And immediately report the handling situation to the leader.

If it is not suitable to appear in the form of a visa, such as bargaining items and material prices, it should be agreed in the contract. If it cannot be agreed in the contract, it should be agreed by the relevant management personnel in the form of a supplementary agreement.

Measures to strengthen design change and project visa management

1, and establish a sound management system. Clearly standardize the responsibilities, rights and obligations of leaders, construction technology, settlement and other related personnel. Only when the responsibilities and rights are clear can we standardize the management behaviors of project managers at all levels in terms of design changes and engineering visas and improve their enthusiasm for performing their duties.

Before the project starts, it is necessary to read and review the drawings, and then carry out the blue prints.the design work. If you have experience in reading and examining drawings, and master some key points, you will get twice the result with half the effort. Now I will talk about my experience in drawing and examining drawings for reference.

The procedure of drawing recognition and drawing review is: be familiar with the function of the proposed project, the plane size of the project, and the elevation size of the project. Check the error-prone parts of the construction drawing and check whether there is any improvement.

First, be familiar with the functions of the proposed project.

After you get the drawings, first understand what the function of this project is, is it a factory building or an office building? Is it a mall or a dormitory? After understanding the function, think of some basic sizes and decorations. For example, the floor of the bathroom is generally made of ceramic tiles, and the floor elevation of the bathroom and balcony buildings is generally a few centimeters lower; The scale of the workshop must meet the needs of production, especially the needs of equipment installation. Finally, read the architectural description and be familiar with the project decoration.

Second, be familiar with and review the plane dimensions of the project

The construction plan of a building project usually has three aspects. The first dimension is the detail dimension, the second dimension is the axis dimension and the third dimension is the total dimension. Check whether the sum of the first dimension is equal to the second dimension, whether the sum of the second dimension is equal to the third dimension, and pay attention to whether the edge axis is the center line of the wall. The drawing habit in Guangdong Province is that the side axis is the outer line of the external wall. Look at the size of the project plan, first understand the construction plan, then understand the construction plan of this floor, and finally understand the construction drawings of water, electricity and air conditioning installation, equipment technology and secondary decoration, and check whether they are consistent. After being familiar with the size of the apartment, check whether it meets the use requirements, such as checking whether the apartment is convenient to use and whether the lighting and ventilation are good. When reading the dimensions of the next floor plan, check whether there is any inconsistency with the upper floor plan.

Three, familiar with, audit project elevation size

Construction drawings of building projects generally include elevation, profile and stair profile, all of which have information about the elevation dimensions of the project; The elevation of this floor is generally marked on the building plan and construction plan; In the beam table, there is generally beam surface elevation; Basic details and other details are generally marked with elevation. Through these construction drawings, we can master the elevation dimensions of the project. Generally, the facade has three dimensions, the first is the detailed dimensions such as the height of windowsill, doors and windows, the second is the height dimension, and the facade is marked, and the third is the total height. The inspection method is the same as the size of each lane on the inspection plane, that is, whether the sum of the first lane sizes is equal to the second lane size and whether the sum of the second lane sizes is equal to the third lane size. Check whether the elevation of each floor in the elevation view is consistent with that in the building plan, and then check whether the elevation of the building is consistent with that of the building. The elevation of each floor in the construction drawing should not be exactly the same as that of the corresponding floor in the construction drawing, because the floor elevation in the construction drawing is the elevation after the project is completed, and the floor elevation in the construction drawing is only the elevation of the structural surface, excluding the height of the decoration surface. The construction drawing elevation of the same floor should be several centimeters higher than the construction drawing. Special attention should be paid to this point, because in some construction drawings, the construction icon is marked high on the corresponding construction drawing paper. If you don't pay attention, you will make mistakes in the construction.

Familiar with the elevation, mainly check whether the elevation of the top of doors and windows is consistent with the elevation of the bottom of the upper beam; Check whether the horizontal dimension and elevation of the stair tread are wrong, and check whether the vertical clearance size under the ladder beam is greater than 2. 1 m, and whether there is a meeting phenomenon; If there is a terrace on the middle floor, check whether the elevation of the terrace is lower than the indoor level; Check whether the floor of the bathroom and bathroom building is a few centimeters lower, if not, check whether there are measures to prevent overflow; Finally, combined with the installation of water, electricity and air conditioning, equipment technology and secondary decoration construction drawings, check whether the building height meets the functional requirements.

Four, check whether there are mistakes in the construction drawing.

Be familiar with the dimensions of construction projects, and then check whether there are any mistakes in the construction drawings. The main inspection contents are as follows:

1, check whether the slope direction of parapet concrete coping is inward.

2, check whether there is a beam under the brick wall.

3, beam on the structural plane, whether all the reinforcement in the beam table.

4. Check whether the height of the main beam is lower than that of the secondary beam.

5. Beams, slabs and columns are similar in the same span, but there are great differences in reinforcement. If there are any, they need to be re-inspected.

6. When the beam and shear wall are arranged on the same straight line, check whether the width of the beam exceeds the thickness of the wall.

7. When the beam is supported on the shear wall and column respectively, check whether the center line of the beam is parallel or coincident with the axis, and check whether the width of the beam extends out of the wall or column. If yes, it shall be submitted for design treatment.

8. Check whether the minimum spacing of reinforced beams meets the requirements of construction acceptance specifications. When ribbed threaded steel bars are used in this project, because the workers bend the steel bars when processing them, the diameter of the steel bars should be the original steel bar diameter plus the rib thickness of about 21mm.

9. Check whether there is an awning on the door of the indoor balcony, and check whether the center of the awning on the structural plane coincides with the center line of the door of the construction drawing.

10, when the design requirements and construction acceptance specifications are different. As often mentioned in the list, on the same section, the number of columns that can overlap on each side is less than 4 columns. However, the construction acceptance specification requires that the overlapping area of steel bars in the same section shall not exceed 50%.

12, the single foundation system is stressed in both directions, and the reinforcement along the short side is generally placed on the reinforcement along the long side. Check whether the reinforcement in the foundation details of the construction drawing is wrongly drawn.

Five, review the original construction drawing for improvement.

This paper mainly puts forward suggestions for improving the original construction drawing from three aspects: it is beneficial to engineering construction, it is beneficial to ensuring building quality and it is beneficial to engineering aesthetics.

① The adjacent span of continuous frame beam on the structural plane will be larger. When the negative moment reinforcement of the intermediate bearing is anchored separately, the reinforcement at the beam-column joint will be too dense and the concrete will not be compacted easily. It can be suggested to designers that negative reinforcement can be connected as much as possible.

(2) When the negative reinforcement of the bearing is full-length, it will cause the beam surface reinforcement with small span and small beam width to be too dense to pour concrete. It can be suggested that under the premise of ensuring the negative reinforcement of the beam, the Liang Kuan of each span should be kept consistent as far as possible, and only the height of the beam should be adjusted, so as to facilitate gluten connection and concrete pouring.

(3) When the structural modeling is complex, it is difficult to complete the structural construction of a certain part at one time, how to keep the concrete construction joints is proposed to the designer.

(4) After the elevation of the floor is lowered, if there is a beam in the middle of the floor, and this beam is connected to the room, whether the reinforced bar of the beam is bent or anchored separately at the lowered place, please design and deal with it.

2. Put forward opinions on modifying the construction drawing from the aspects that are beneficial to the quality of the construction project.

(1) When the ceiling plastering and wall plastering are designed as 1: 1: 6 mixed mortar, it can be suggested to change the ceiling plastering to 1: 1: 4 mixed mortar to increase the cohesive force.

(2) When the requirements for waterproof construction of elevator pit, bathroom sink and fire pool are not indicated on the construction drawing, it is suggested to add cement mortar waterproof layer on the outer wall of the pit and the inner wall of the sink to improve the waterproof quality.

3. It is suggested to improve the construction drawing from the perspective of architectural aesthetics.

(1) If the parapet of the terrace is connected with the external window, check whether the height of the parapet is higher than the window sill. If it is, the joint is not beautiful, and it is recommended to design and deal with it.

(2) Check whether the color separation line of the exterior wall facing is connected. If not, it is recommended to converge at the internal corner; When there is no obvious dividing line between the outer wall and the inner wall, ask the designer whether the wall decoration extends to the position of the inner wall and whether the top surface and bottom surface of the protruding part of the outer wall are used as the outer wall decoration.

(3) When the column section size decreases gradually with the rise of the floor, if the column protrudes from the external wall and becomes an elevation decorative line, it is suggested not to reduce the column section of the protruding part to make the width of the line consistent.

(4) When the column is arranged at the corner of the brick wall in the building plane, and the corner of the brick wall is less than 900, if the square column is still used in the structural design, it can be suggested to change the square column into a polygonal column according to the building plane to avoid the column angle protruding from the wall and affecting the use and beauty.

⑤ When there is a frame column protruding 10 ~ 20 cm from the left wall of the elevator hall (foreroom), check whether the right column protrudes by the same size. If not, it is suggested to modify it to symmetry.

According to the procedures and ideas of "be familiar with the functions of the proposed project, the plane dimensions of the project, the elevation dimensions of the project, check the error-prone parts in the construction drawing, and check whether there is any need for improvement", carry out the drawing approval work in a planned and comprehensive way.

Construction managers have to face the owners, supervisors, other construction units, local government departments and even hooligans. Hehe, don't think that everything has rules to follow. Let's talk about how to deal with the relationship between all parties in construction management. I believe that friends who have passed the first-class construction engineer this year may still be wondering why the results have not been announced. As a project manager, being able to handle and coordinate all kinds of internal and external relations can be regarded as the first condition for competence.

The construction unit must first face the owner, who is our food and clothing parents, but once the contract is signed, as the project operator, the communication with the owner should be reasonably restrained and neither humble nor supercilious. Unit managers can often go to the owner's supervisor to communicate their feelings. While exchanging views on the project, he should try his best to show the well-managed side of his unit to the other side. Remember never to speak ill of your company, even if it's just for the boss to scold you. Let the other party see that your subordinates have the ability and confidence to do a good job under your leadership. By the way, "our achievements are inseparable from your overall arrangement of the project and a good external environment." Remember that small things (in fact, there are no small things for the construction unit, but all things involving money are big things for the owner) are not for you to mention. Arrange your business personnel to compete with the business personnel of the owner, and give your office personnel a certain reserve fund, depending on the post situation. Every once in a while, you should arrange for the relevant departments of the owner to have dinner with the office, exchange ideas, leave a good impression on the relevant personnel of the owner, say that you have no shelf, and learn about the work of your business personnel by the way. In this case, generally don't call each other's leaders together, sometimes it will be counterproductive.

For the supervisor, the first thing to do is to act according to the regulations. If the project always goes wrong, even if you buy him a drink, I believe the smart supervisor will refuse. First, do a good job, educate our workers and business people, don't use the idea of drinking and giving gifts, and use the idea of not doing a good job to balance the work of the supervisor. Of course, if we 100% get the standard card, no one can do it.
