Sanhuang chicken is tender and smooth in texture, crispy in skin and soft in bone, plump in human body fat and delicious in taste. You can also buy Qingyuan chicken to eat, but it is not suitable to buy feed chicken, otherwise the taste is not strong. The sea salt at the bottom of the clay pot is higher than the ring finger.
