Interpretation of Subject Nouns in E-commerce

E-commerce subjects refer to legal persons, natural persons and other organizations that conduct business activities with the help of computer technology, internet technology and information technology for profit, and thus enjoy rights and assume obligations. E-commerce subjects in a broad sense include both commercial subjects and non-commercial subjects such as consumers and government purchasers. The narrow sense of e-commerce subject only refers to the commercial subject in e-commerce, that is, e-commerce enterprises. E-commerce enterprises are divided into two categories: one is the traditional enterprises that use e-commerce transaction means; One is the modern Internet service enterprises (ISP) that provide infrastructure services and auxiliary services for e-commerce transactions, such as Internet Connectors (IAP), Internet Content Providers (ICP) and Internet cafes. The "e-commerce subject" discussed in this paper is narrow. Because the focus of legislative regulation and administrative supervision is not so much on the obligations of consumers, government procurement and other non-commercial subjects, but rather on the obligations of e-commerce enterprises (including legal obligations and moral obligations).
