I support this wise decision with both hands, because I think there are both essence and dross in traditional culture, and I think this traditional culture is feudal superstition. First, there is no scientific basis.

Many people think that if you burn paper money for your ancestors, they will protect themselves in another world. The more you burn, the more expensive it is, and the bad atmosphere of comparison has been completed. But I think all this is the expectation of the ancients for a better life, which is understandable. But now most of us have received basic quality education, so we should believe in science and should not believe in this culture without scientific basis. Only in this way can we be responsible for our ancestors and be responsible.

Second, the disadvantages outweigh the advantages.

Burning Mingbi, a sacrificial act, is too serious and pollutes the environment. It's nothing to burn one family and two families. If everyone does this, the air quality is really worrying, and it will threaten everyone's living environment. In addition, this behavior is quite different from the concept of sustainable development, clear sea water and lush mountains are priceless assets. I have to say that this decision is correct and feasible. I hope everyone in the new era can express their thoughts about their ancestors in a greener way and abandon this bad habit of offering sacrifices.

Third, traditional culture should conform to the development of the times.

Traditional culture is not static. If it is static, it is a pool of stagnant water, which cannot meet the requirements of the new era and society. We often advocate not only inheriting traditional culture, but also innovating and developing traditional culture to inject new vitality into the times. The same is true of the culture of burning Ming coins, which can be carried out in a greener way, but the yearning for ancestors will not be reduced at all. As long as you have the heart, this intention will be conveyed.
