My hometown is Linfen, which has a long history and culture. According to my father, this is one of the earliest birthplaces of the Chinese nation. Pingyang was the capital of Wang Yao more than 4,000 years ago, so it is called the first capital of China, the oldest city in China and the hometown of Wang Yao. This is a beautiful place with beautiful scenery, rich products and outstanding people.

There are many places of interest in my hometown, such as the first Huamen in the world, which is a monument of Chinese civilization, but because it represents and embodies the oldest history and culture in China, it can be called the "first door in the world" in culture, that is, the gate of Chinese civilization; Drum Tower is the highest existing drum tower in China. Hukou Waterfall, known as the second largest waterfall in China; Guangsheng Temple, whose Hongfei Tower is the highest glazed tower in China; Ancient Huai is the starting point of Shanxi's migration to the Central Plains in the early Ming Dynasty. Susan Prison is the earliest existing county-level government prison in China.

We have Gulou Square and Pingyang Square in Linfen Square, and Yao Temple Park and Gucheng Park in the park, which are all good places for our daily leisure and cool.

Our famous snack in Linfen is beef ball noodles. You can find a noodle restaurant on any street. My mother said that this beef meatball noodle is only delicious in Linfen. Out of Linfen, you will lose your original taste and feel bad.

I love my hometown. I want to study hard. When I grow up, I want to build my hometown better with hard-working hands and wisdom!
