Why is there urbanization?

Urbanization is also called urbanization and urbanization by some scholars. It is a historical process from a traditional rural society dominated by agriculture to a modern urban society dominated by industry and service industry, including changes in population occupation, industrial structure and land and regional space.

The process of urbanization began with the emergence of modern industry and capitalism.

Problems in the process of urbanization

With the infinite expansion of city scale and the rapid growth of urban population, serious problems have appeared in the process of urbanization. It is manifested in six aspects: (1) the environmental pollution is serious, the original ecological environment changes, and the environmental quality declines and tends to deteriorate; (2) The central area is densely populated; (3) Traffic congestion; 4. The land price and rent are expensive and the living conditions are poor; 5. The number of unemployed people has increased; (6) Social disorder.
