How to assemble the bed

After the solid wood bed comes into play, we need to unpack the solid wood bed and take out spare parts such as plates and three-in-one screws. Check the instruction manual before installation, arrange all kinds of plates and spare parts of the bedroom bed according to the instruction manual, and check whether the quality and quantity of plates meet the requirements.

2. Assemble the head and tail of the bed.

Generally, screw holes have been installed in the boards at the head of the bed and the end of the bed. When we assemble the bedside, we should first place the leg plates and transverse plates of the bedside as required. Then we put an eccentric wheel into the screw hole of the transverse plate, and the notch of the eccentric wheel should be aligned with the screw hole on the side of the transverse plate. Next, we align the screw holes on the side of the transverse plate with the screw holes of the bed legs, and then insert the large screw connecting rod and tighten it. According to this method, the transverse plates at the head and tail of the bed are assembled with the legs of the bed. This step can be omitted if the head and tail of the bedroom bed are finished products.

Step 3 Assemble the frame

After the bed head and the bed tail are assembled, we stand them up, then find two bed boards and fix the two ends of the bed side to the bed head and the bed tail with three-in-one screws. Next, we find the support rod and the support leg. Usually there is a mounting hole in the middle of the support rod. We put the support legs in the mounting holes and screw them down. After the two support rods are assembled, we will align the support buckle with the mounting hole at the head of the bed or at the end of the bed and tighten it with screws. After installing the support button, we put the two ends of the support bar on the support button at the head of the bed and at the end of the bed respectively, and screw them down and fix them.

Step 4 Install the base

We will spread the bed boards one by one on the bed support frame in the bedroom, and the spacing between the bed boards should be even when laying the bed boards. Next, we insert the screws into the screw holes of the bed board and tighten them with an electric drill. If there are drawers in the bedroom bed, we need to assemble drawers and so on.
