When they step into the school gate, they often show some bad behavior habits, which leads to friction between classmates and brings a lot of inconvenience to school education. If these behavior habits are not changed, it will definitely affect their healthy growth and development. Politeness is the most important seed. As long as we plant this seed in students' minds, it will take root, blossom and bear fruit in our students' spiritual world. So how to guide students to develop good manners and customs? What should I do? First of all, pay attention to cultivating students' beautiful and noble hearts. On the surface, politeness is external, but in fact, the external form contains internal thoughts and feelings. A truly civilized and polite person is a person with a beautiful heart, and beautiful language comes from a beautiful heart. This is what people often say: "what you say is what you do" and "what you say is what you do". Secondly, we should regulate our words and deeds with the requirements of civilized and polite moral standards in practice. Politeness is very important in performance.

In the usual teaching, I insist on strengthening the implementation from the following three aspects: 1. Strengthen the cultivation concept of students' civilized etiquette habits.

Civilization etiquette education is a kind of formative education. Through persistent education and training, our teachers aim to make students gradually form good manners and customs. We should be full of confidence in the recurring phenomena in students' daily life.

Using the time of each class meeting, I first educate my classmates on civilized etiquette and put forward clear, specific and detailed details of civilized etiquette. For example, when educating students about classroom requirements, I use the five-character song "The bell is ringing, come into the classroom quickly." The books and pencil boxes are on the table. Stand up straight and sit down without shaking. Don't fidget and listen carefully in class. Raise your hand first and answer loudly. Learn to be disciplined and be a good student. Raise the national flag on Monday. On the playground, play the national anthem and raise the national flag. Everyone paid attention, and the young pioneers gave a team salute. Children, be serious and look at the national flag with your eyes open. Stand up straight, don't shake, and sing the national anthem loudly. It will be more beautiful to build the motherland when you grow up. Let each student know fairly well. Then ask the students to compare and talk about their performance in daily study. Point out your own shortcomings and correct yourself. Improve students' understanding of civilized manners. Let students understand "civilization", practice "etiquette", combine learning with application, and focus on practice. Let the students know how to do it. Let students form a correct concept of civilized etiquette, establish a correct sense of civilized etiquette, and gradually develop good habits of civilized etiquette.

Second, strengthen the methods of civilized etiquette education for students.

In the daily civilized etiquette education, I think about teaching methods from both teachers and students according to the physical and mental characteristics of students, and achieved good results.

1, teacher

In order for students to do it, teachers should do it themselves first, so as to set an example. In the daily education of civilization and etiquette, we should not only find model students in time, but first of all, as a teacher, I must set an example. Only by strengthening our own civilization and etiquette can we inspire and infect students. If I educate my students to dress neatly, beautifully and generously, I will do it myself and set an example for them. In my daily teaching work, I always insist on dressing neatly, beautifully and generously. Infect and inspire students with their own good example image. Another example is that students send the books I left in the classroom to the office, and I will say "thank you!" " "When I take the elevator, buy tickets, get on and off the bus, I always do courtesy even if there are no students present. This kind of life plays an exemplary role in practice, and the effect of civilized etiquette education for students is better than a thousand words. Teacher-student interaction will exert a subtle influence on students. So as to improve their own civilized etiquette behavior.

2. Students.

Students have different physical and mental characteristics. In teaching, I always adhere to the concept of "for the development of every student", which not only pays attention to the improvement of students' overall level, but also carries out individual education according to individual conditions. For example, in order to get back to the classroom quickly after the radio practice, a classmate in the class pushed the classmate in front to hurry up and trotted all the way. Third, strengthen the daily feedback of civilized etiquette.

In daily education and teaching, I carry out civilized etiquette in the form of daily star activities. Exercise has two stars, morning reading, discipline and labor. Let the students' daily civilized manners be displayed on the blackboard. This not only inspires students' enthusiasm for being polite, but also enables me to combine teaching practice in my work and carry out teaching work in a targeted manner. For example, I found that the subject star has added two new students, Zhang Peng and Ni Jiawei. Now the students in our class have a very good mental outlook and civilized atmosphere.
