Guangxi leicha practice daquan

Raw materials: tea powder, houttuynia cordata, amaranth leaves, coriander, pepper, peanut powder, black clam barbecued pork, onion, ginger, garlic, salt, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, etc.
Production method:
1. Wash Houttuynia cordata, amaranth leaves, coriander, pepper, onion, ginger and garlic, and chop them for later use.
2. Mix the ground tea leaves and peanut powder evenly and put them into the ground tea cup.
3. Put houttuynia cordata, amaranth leaves, coriander, pepper, onion, ginger, garlic and other spices into a teacup, add a proper amount of salt, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar, and stir well.
4. fry the larvae and barbecued pork in another wok and cut them into small pieces for later use.
5. Pour all the seasonings into the bowl, add the fried clams and barbecued pork, and stir well to serve.
Second, Nanning smashed tea
Raw materials: tea powder, tea oil, peanut powder, broad bean, mung bean, sesame, coriander, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and salt.
Production method:
1. Cook broad beans and mung beans and drain them for later use.
2. Put the ground tea and peanut powder into the ground teacup and stir well.
3. Chop onion, ginger and garlic for later use.
4. Pour tea oil into the wok and add onion, ginger and garlic to saute.
5. Put the fried onions, ginger, garlic and beans into the teacup, add salt and soy sauce and stir well.
6. Stir-fry sesame seeds, mash them, put them in a bowl, and add some coriander to eat.
Third, Guilin tea is crushed.
Raw materials: tea, peanut powder, coriander, pepper, pork, fish, shrimp, salt, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, peanut oil, onion and soybean.
Production method:
1. Cut pork into small pieces and marinate with salt, soy sauce, sugar, ginger and onion for 20 minutes.
2. Chop coriander and pepper for later use.
3. Stir-fry pork, fish and shrimp until raw.
4. Stir-fry the meat and fish in a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, Jiang Mo, coriander, pepper, peanut powder and peanut oil and mix well.
5. Cook the soybeans, drain them and put them in a bowl.
6. Mix the ground tea and peanut powder evenly, pour them into a bowl, and mix them with all the previous materials to serve.
