Sichuan Douhua (四川豆花) is a traditional Szechuan cuisine dish originating from Sichuan Province, China. It is a soft and tender tofu with delicious flavor and rich nutrition, making it a classic dish in Sichuan cuisine.

The process of making Szechuan douhua is very simple and requires only a few steps.

1. Soybean Milk: You can either grind it yourself from beans or buy ready-made soybean milk.

2. Coagulant: you can use plaster powder or vinegar.

3. Seasoning: choose according to your personal taste, you can use chili oil, pepper powder, soy sauce and so on.
