First, cold noodles
Cold noodles are one of the traditional foods in Korea, and Korean cold noodles are famous at home and abroad for their unique flavor. The main raw materials of this cold noodle are buckwheat flour, wheat flour and starch, as well as corn flour, sorghum rice flour and potato starch. Cold noodles are economical and affordable, and ordinary people can accept them. Second, make cakes.

Five, kimchi
Kimchi is Korean's favorite table food. Most of them are made of platycodon grandiflorum, bracken, Chinese cabbage, radish, cucumber and celery. After cleaning, cut into pieces, blocks and shreds, then mix with sesame, garlic paste, shredded ginger, Chili noodles, coriander noodles, monosodium glutamate, syrup and shrimp paste, and slightly ferment.
