1, check whether the gas valve is open before starting every time, otherwise the burner will not work;

2. Start the power control button on the control cabinet. At this time, the digital display window will display the current pressure in the furnace, and the judgment part of the pressure will refer to the boiler controller manual;

3. After the burner is started, the fan is pre-purged for 30 ~ 50 seconds, and then the gas valve is opened;

4. The start and stop of the burner is issued by the boiler controller according to the change of pressure. Operators should observe the change of pressure at any time, and stop the fire immediately if there is any abnormal phenomenon;

5. In the process of boiler operation, the operator should observe the water level at any time, especially to ensure that the supplementary water tank is full of water. Operators should regularly discharge pollutants from the boiler to ensure the water quality of the boiler;

6, once there is any abnormal phenomenon in the process of boiler operation, the operator should immediately stop, and restart after handling the fault;

7. For the burner operator with three-phase power supply, it is necessary to determine the positive and negative rotation of the motor before the first start, otherwise it will not be able to ignite normally;

8. Shutdown operation: press the stop button of the boiler controller to turn off the burner and then turn off the controller; After the burner stops completely, disconnect the main power supply. If the shutdown time is long, the gas pipeline valve should be closed to avoid leakage.
