Application Information

(1)Application Form for the Examination: Receive a form from the teacher at the front desk, and fill in the options with the ※ number, and fill in the others by the teacher in charge of the class, and fill out a form for one level, and fill out a form for a few more levels in a row;

(2) each registration form requires two 2-inch blue background photo ID (the back with a pencil or ballpoint pen to write the name of the candidate, and cut off the white edges of the photo);

(3) a copy of the candidate's account book (only the candidate's page is sufficient);

(4) because it can not be cross-examined, so the candidates of the second level or above also need a copy of the previous level of the certificate (level 1 is not required, the candidates have been examined but the certificate has not yet arrived to provide the (Internet search picture).

(1) Examination dress code:

The examination requires a uniform dress code, according to the uniform style of the group:

Candidates for the first, second, third and fourth level of the seven-color neon dress Chinese dance uniformly wear pink short-sleeved one-piece practice clothes + white pantyhose + flesh-pink soft-soled shoes (do not match with the skirt), the fifth level and above wear a short-sleeved one-piece practice clothes in red + white pantyhose + flesh-pink soft-soled dancing shoes (Do not wear a skirt).
