What is the power ranking of several African soccer powerhouses

I like to watch soccer, and I know a little bit about African teams. The following is my own ranking.

African soccer is really about these twelve now. As of now, Ivory Coast should be in first place. Senegal are doing okay, South Africa are slipping badly. Angola and Togo, on the other hand, have not been very consistent due to other factors (economic, political, etc.). Mali, with Kanute at its center, has risen to prominence in recent years, reaching the quarterfinals of the African Cup of Nations in both 02 and 04 years.

According to my observation, I can boldly predict that Benin will rise in two or three years
