Fourteenth session. According to official website of Sichuan Provincial Sports Bureau, the Provincial Games is a huge business card of Sichuan sports. The first provincial games were held from 1953, and a four-year competition system was gradually formed. On the afternoon of August 16, 2023, the closing ceremony of the 14th Sichuan Sports Meeting was held in Leshan. As of August 18, 2023, no new sports meeting was held.
