What does the beep sound on the phone mean?
Generally, traditional fixed telephones will have a lot of beeps. If the other party is busy, you will hear a voice prompt. The content is about: "The subscriber (phone) you dialed (dialed) is on the phone, please redial later." When dialing a fixed line, if the other party is busy, you will hear a busy tone. However, after ringing for three times in a row, the phone will automatically hang up, and faults such as short circuit of the telephone line will also cause similar busy tones.
