Materialist dialectics tells us that existence determines consciousness, and consciousness has initiative. As a category of consciousness, thinking comes from practice and reacts to practice. What kind of thinking mode we have will produce what kind of work effect. The first is to create a learning institution. Focusing on "serving development, serving the grassroots and serving the masses", we will further improve working methods, simplify procedures and standardize administrative actions. This training is rich in content, systematically introduces the requirements of curriculum system reform and advanced teaching concepts, and lists the earliest schools in China that carry out curriculum reform. As front-line teachers, they have received great education and deep feelings, and have a deeper understanding and sentiment of their duties. At the same time, according to the current conditions of our school, we should also think about how to make our professional construction to a higher level and run our own characteristics, so as to promote all-round curriculum reform and ensure the sustainable development of vocational education. Now I will talk about my own learning experience and some thoughts on curriculum reform in combination with training.

First, my understanding of the working process-oriented curriculum system

Through this training, I realized that the basic idea of working process-oriented curriculum system is "to strengthen professional construction on the premise of enterprise research;" Taking the post goal as the goal, find the orientation of talent training; Determine the teaching content according to the post ability requirements; Develop a new course of "integration of theory and practice" with work items and tasks as the carrier; Taking skills as the core and integrating corresponding knowledge; And in the professional situation, the work standard of "learning to do things" is implemented as the educational standard of "doing things well".

Second, the lack of curriculum reform in our school

Moreover, as a vocational education, the current educational concept must be changed. To change the current teaching mode of emphasizing theory over practice and separating theory from practice, we should follow the law of people's cognitive learning, step by step, organically combine theory with practice, and adopt the teaching mode of combining teaching with learning. However, at present, our teaching methods are far from the integration of teaching and learning, mainly for the following reasons:

First, the ideological concept of the teaching staff has not changed, which requires extensive and in-depth study and publicity and education. Many people are passive and unwilling to change their already proficient teaching methods.

Second, the current training base is short of equipment, and the equipment status is completely out of touch with the existing construction technology.

Third, the quality of teaching staff is poor, many young teachers have no engineering practice experience, laboratories lack advanced scientific research equipment, lack of scientific research ability, and lack of some engineering projects closely combined with engineering practice, which makes the practical ability of teaching staff not exercised, further affecting teaching, graduate quality and cooperation in Industry-University-Research.

Fourth, the cooperation between industry and university is very difficult. If we want to achieve cooperation, we must have a win-win operation mechanism. Because there is no advanced scientific research equipment and excellent scientific research team, the social influence and recognition are insufficient, and it is not attractive to enterprises, so it is difficult to achieve real cooperation in Industry-University-Research.

Third, how to teach as a front-line teacher

Through learning, I realize that the teaching of secondary vocational education is not to teach textbooks, but to teach things and how to do them well. It is an education that defines the goal of post ability, integrates the corresponding knowledge around the project, takes the task as the carrier, enhances the professional ability in the professional situation and highlights the application of knowledge. In actual teaching, we should do the following:

Curriculum reform based on working process must be based on work tasks and driven by real tasks, so that students can use knowledge and skills while learning them and achieve the goal of forming their abilities. This requires us to seek new teaching methods so that students can truly experience a complete and practical working process in class. Career growth is a process of ability development from completing simple tasks to completing complex tasks. What methods and carriers can orderly and effectively bring students from a lower stage of development to a higher stage of development? How to design a series of learning tasks that conform to the laws of development logic? In the arrangement of teaching organization, try to arrange a lot of time to concentrate on a certain course and implement it dynamically. The teaching team should be completely reorganized according to the teaching project, and the action-oriented teaching method should be adopted. Teachers should try their best to create a real working environment so that students can independently complete the learning tasks consistent with typical tasks. At the same time, we should pay attention to the monitoring and evaluation of students' learning process. In order to find problems as early as possible and make timely adjustments, students can cultivate and exercise their social ability while learning knowledge, so as to realize the comprehensive and sustainable development ability of higher vocational students and better adapt to the needs of enterprises.

Curriculum and teaching reform based on work process orientation should transform teachers into production coaches, textbooks into training manuals, teaching methods into training methods, and classrooms into work sites.
