Now I will talk about my own learning experience and some thoughts on curriculum reform in combination with training.

First, my understanding of the working process-oriented curriculum system

However, at present, our teaching methods are far from the integration of teaching and learning, mainly for the following reasons:

First, the ideological concept of the teaching staff has not changed, which requires extensive and in-depth study and publicity and education. Many people are passive and unwilling to change their already proficient teaching methods.

Second, the current training base is short of equipment, and the equipment status is completely out of touch with the existing construction technology.

Third, the quality of teaching staff is poor, many young teachers have no engineering practice experience, laboratories lack advanced scientific research equipment, lack of scientific research ability, and lack of some engineering projects closely combined with engineering practice, which makes the practical ability of teaching staff not exercised, further affecting teaching, graduate quality and cooperation in Industry-University-Research.

Fourth, the cooperation between industry and university is very difficult. If we want to achieve cooperation, we must have a win-win operation mechanism. Because there is no advanced scientific research equipment and excellent scientific research team, the social influence and recognition are insufficient, and it is not attractive to enterprises, so it is difficult to achieve real cooperation in Industry-University-Research.

Third, how to teach as a front-line teacher

Through learning, I realize that the teaching of secondary vocational education is not to teach textbooks, but to teach things and how to do them well. It is an education that defines the goal of post ability, integrates the corresponding knowledge around the project, takes the task as the carrier, enhances the professional ability in the professional situation and highlights the application of knowledge. In actual teaching, we should do the following:

In order to find problems as early as possible and make timely adjustments, students can cultivate and exercise their social ability while learning knowledge, so as to realize the comprehensive and sustainable development ability of higher vocational students and better adapt to the needs of enterprises.

Curriculum and teaching reform based on work process orientation should transform teachers into production coaches, textbooks into training manuals, teaching methods into training methods, and classrooms into work sites.
