Medium agent refers to the agent only has the right to facilitate the agent and the third party contract, but not have the right to act on behalf of the agent directly with the third party contract. In the medium of agency, the agent only plays the role of medium, and can not be in the name of the agent to enter into a contract with the third party directly, the contract generally does not show the identity of the agent.
