2. Install the leather shell visual positioning system on the equipment to be positioned, and connect the corresponding equipment according to the instructions.

3. Start the leather shell visual positioning software and enter the calibration mode. In calibration mode, the system will ask the grid size and number of the calibration board for calibration.

4. Place the calibration plate in the area to be located and keep it flat. Ensure that the pattern of the calibration plate is clearly visible and avoid light interference.

5. Aim the camera at the four corners of the calibration board in turn and stay at each corner for a period of time until the software recognizes the position and angle information of the calibration board. In the process of calibration, it is necessary to keep the relative position of the camera and the calibration board unchanged.

6. After calibration, save the calibration information and exit the calibration mode. The system will automatically save the calibration information in the corresponding file for subsequent positioning operations.
