Curry that people often eat.

People often eat Indian curry, Japanese curry, Thai curry, Malaysian curry, Sri Lankan curry, China curry and so on.

1, Indian curry

Indian curry is the originator of curry. Authentic Indian curry is made of clove, fennel seed, coriander seed, mustard seed, turmeric powder and pepper. Coconut milk is often used to reduce its spicy taste because of its strong flavor.

2. Japanese curry

Japanese curry is generally not too spicy, because it is sweet because of thick soup. Japanese curry can also be used as the soup base of Lamian Noodles with oolong noodles.

3. Thai curry

Coconut pulp is added to Thai curry to reduce the spicy degree and enhance the flavor. The extra spices such as citronella, fish sauce and bay leaf also make Thai curry unique.

4. Malaysian curry

Malaysian curry has added local specialties such as banana leaves, shredded coconut and coconut milk.

5. Sri Lankan curry

Sri Lankan curry is as old as Indian curry. Because the spices produced in Sri Lanka are of good quality, the curry made seems to be more delicious.

6. Chinese curry

Chinese curry generally refers to curry dishes in Southeast Asia such as China, Hongkong and Singapore. On the basis of traditional Indian curry, more local ingredients and condiments are added to form a unique style and taste.
