One day, the scholar's wife sent him a pot of chicken soup and rice noodles in order to mend his body. When she brought out the rice noodles and chicken soup, she found that the rice noodles were cold, but the chicken soup was still hot. The oil on the chicken soup must have played a role in keeping warm. The scholar's wife is very happy She wants to put rice noodles in chicken soup and eat hot rice noodles in the future. Since then, she has sent chicken soup rice noodles every day, because the way to the island has to pass a bridge, so the rice noodles crossing the bridge have come from here.
