How to make rice paste

The making method of rice paste is as follows:

Tools/materials: glutinous rice flour 100g, 500ml warm water, sugar, preserved fruit, jam or other ingredients, containers, pots, chopsticks and bowls.

1. Put the glutinous rice flour into the container.

2. Slowly add warm water and stir while adding until the glutinous rice flour is completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into a pot and heat it over low heat.

3. Stir with chopsticks until the paste begins to thicken. Continue heating and stirring until the paste becomes thicker.

4. Add appropriate amount of sugar after turning off the fire, and adjust the sweetness according to personal taste.

5. Pour the paste into a bowl and cool it to room temperature. Preserved fruit, jam or other ingredients can be added according to personal preference to increase the taste and taste.
