There are two kinds of people who do homestays. One is that they really have feelings, but they don't know how to do business, and it is easy to lose money by driving.

Another thinks that opening an inn will make a lot of money, and B&B is a profiteering industry. People who are not psychologically prepared are advised not to be homestays. In fact, B&B is a normal business.
