Teaching practice of miscellaneous grain pancakes

1. Materials: soybean, mung bean powder, buckwheat powder, fine corn flour, common flour, fried dough sticks, lettuce, eggs, chopped green onion, coriander powder, salt, bean paste and sweet noodle sauce.

2. Pour five kinds of miscellaneous grains into a large plate, then add appropriate amount of salt, pour appropriate amount of water, and stir with chopsticks to make the dough thick.

3. Pour the batter into the oil pan, then spread it evenly with a shovel, dilute the cake, beat an egg, and continue to spread it evenly with a shovel;
