The benefits brought by the development of e-commerce to the supply chain management model of enterprises
In the traditional environment, supply chain usually refers to the process of products from raw materials to final molding, including the chain structure of each link, and also involves the whole transaction process of products and services provided to consumers. The network activities formed by enterprise development should be based on supply chain. In the traditional supply chain model, there are long-term disadvantages such as low information level and backward infrastructure. At present, there are still continuity problems between different industries in China. Therefore, it is not easy to extend the concept of supply chain to different industries and industries to form a new supply chain system. From purchasing raw materials to finally forming products and reaching customers, this is an interlocking supply chain, and its main activity is the nodes of the supply chain.
1. 1 There is a conflict between vertical thinking mode and horizontal thinking mode.
For a long time, under the guidance of the idea of "vertical integration", many enterprises in China have adopted the business models of "big and complete" and "small and complete". Many enterprises with a complete set of production and processing systems such as casting, processing, assembly, transportation and sales, under the guidance of this operation mode, the investment and management burden of enterprises is increasing day by day, which limits the development of product development and marketing capabilities and cannot meet the needs of users in time. The idea of "horizontal integration" simply pursues competitive resources and competitive advantages.
1.2 At present, the backwardness of enterprise information technology has seriously hindered the information supply and demand in the supply chain.
At present, the information systems of many domestic enterprises are not perfect, and few enterprises apply EDI technology. In the supply chain mode, enterprises can share and transmit data among different members of the supply chain through information systems, quickly obtain various demands and data, and continuously improve the operation tracking ability of enterprises, so that the operators of enterprises can control the supply chain as a whole, and the requirements for information acquisition and flow are higher than those of individual enterprises. However, the current supply chain model seriously hinders the transmission of information.
1.3 At present, the closed and independent organizational structure of enterprises is in contradiction with the concept that information supply chain enjoys openness.
In traditional enterprises, their boundaries are obvious, and they usually go their own way, and there is a lack of effective communication and cooperation between different enterprises and departments. However, the idea of integrated supply chain requires different enterprises to become an organic whole, thus forming an integrated supply chain management system.
2. The status quo of traditional supply chain management
From the perspective of supply chain structure, traditional supply chain management only links some pre-established elements such as manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, distributors and customers through certain media. This connection mode is only a simple horizontal connection, which pays more attention to the internal relations of enterprises, resulting in poor flexibility of management mode, one-way connection between points, low efficiency and high cost. Moreover, the relationship between different elements is characterized by series connection. As long as one point is interrupted, the whole system can't run. This management mode can't meet the development requirements of China's current economic globalization. In the fierce competition situation, China enterprises are seriously bound by this supply chain model, as shown in the following figure:
(1) In the supply chain, the modes of self-supply, self-production and self-sales are emphasized. On the surface, this model can solve all the problems of enterprises, but it has a serious obstacle to the development of core tasks of enterprises, leading to the loss of core competitiveness in the development of enterprises, and many suppliers and distributors are separated. This model pays more attention to the utilization and management of its own resources in the operation and management of enterprises, but pays little attention to the capital flow, workflow and information flow, which makes different partners lack the necessary connection and many links of communication are independent, leading to a serious backlog and waste of capital products, which eventually conflicts with the ultimate goal of enterprises.
(2) The traditional supply chain model pays too much attention to competition and ignores the important role of cooperation. In the traditional supply chain, components are not partners, but maintain the relationship through transactions, which leads to the lack of integrity, affects the cooperation of various elements and intensifies competition. Some enterprises even operate at a loss to improve their competitiveness. Leading to the development of enterprises at a disadvantage.
(3) The current supply chain model lacks platform and electronic trading means, and cannot respond to market demand in time. At present, the enterprise information management platform in China's supply chain is not standardized and reliable. These problems can't track and reflect customers' needs in time, which leads to the continuous decline of customer satisfaction and seriously affects the image and development of enterprises. In this supply chain, different elements can not achieve coordinated and unified development, which will inevitably lead to the backwardness of information transmission speed and enjoyment.
(4) I don't know enough about the current raw material suppliers to attract their attention. Simply paying attention to customers' needs and feeling that suppliers are passive will inevitably lead to a gradual decline in trust between the two sides.
(5) In terms of supply and demand, many customer information problems lead to unilateral breach of contract. Most of this happens because the supply chain has made mistakes in information transmission. For manufacturers, they can't produce according to the figures on the order, but can only complete the production forecast according to the forecast, which leads to a great increase in inventory costs and a great decline in the competitiveness of enterprises.
(6) At present, there is no effective information management system among many enterprises, and there is little contact between many enterprises, which leads to the information can not be shared, which leads to the distortion and repetition of information in use.
3. At present, e-commerce is the most important technical means in supply chain management.
At present, there are three ways to transmit data between supply chain members: manual, semi-automatic (such as email) and automatic (such as EDI). EDI is the most widely used means, especially in large-scale international trade, the file transfer volume is relatively large. This method realizes the transaction under the unified standard through the exchange of business data between computers. The most typical performance is the supplier's order. The main technologies applied by e-commerce in supply chain management are as follows.
3. 1EDI technology
In large-scale commercial and trade activities, many trading partners communicate and exchange data with suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and other commercial organizations every day. In this process, a large number of documents and materials, including orders, invoices, catalogues and so on, will be produced. Among them, paper documents are the most important content and the most important information carrier. Once the communication of these information is interrupted, it will seriously lead to obstacles between supply chains, block supply and lead to economic losses of enterprises. The ultimate goal of EDI technology is to use the current computer network and communication resources to continuously promote information exchange, so as to improve effective communication between different trading partners and reduce production costs. EDI plays a media role in the supply chain. Because in the supply chain, the consumption link of each element is uncertain, it is necessary to estimate the demand of the final consumer. Through EDI forecasting, the complexity of supply chain can be greatly reduced, which is easy to waste time and materials and lead to the increase of enterprise costs. By using EDI forecast information, users and suppliers can study the cycle and cycle time of orders. The application of EDI technology makes the supply chain more complete, smooth and timely.
3.2 Financial Technology
Electronic fund transfer finance. This technology has been widely used in business management and financial management. Users can know the control situation of accounts through notifications, without checks, and get rid of the traditional paper media control. Users can know the amount of funds flowing, bank account number, price discount and payment amount through EFT system, and can also pass relevant information to their respective suppliers through this system for settlement. The enterprise deposits the funds into the supplier's account, and at the same time, the relevant financial institutions change the flow direction and data of the amount and deduct the money. At the same time, the supplier modifies the data such as accounts receivable and cash flow statement according to the received payment information. Relevant financial institutions will send payment information to users and suppliers through EDI-lockbox.
3.3 The operation mode of supply chain enterprises in e-commerce environment
With the development of e-commerce, the traditional business operation mode and related business ideas have been changed. The supply chain management system based on e-commerce is the most advanced management system at present, which is the result of the perfect combination of it technology and management technology. The core of e-commerce development is the control loop composed of customized requirements, integrated planning, business reengineering process and object-oriented process control, which promotes the loop system of managers in e-commerce supply chain, thus promoting the coordination and cooperation of various elements, promoting the trading activities of the whole supply chain to form a unified whole, changing the fragmentation situation in the traditional horizontal supply chain, promoting the enjoyment of information flow, bringing more resources and convenience for the development of enterprises, promoting the continuous improvement of supply chain system and changing the point-to-point relationship.
4. Conclusion
The development of e-commerce has brought a breakthrough to the current enterprise supply chain management model. Through the wide application of information technology and Internet technology, it has promoted the sharing of resources and the interrelation of various elements, avoided the vicious drawbacks in the traditional supply chain, improved the production efficiency of enterprises, reduced costs and enhanced market competitiveness, which is worth popularizing.
