This model pays more attention to the utilization and management of its own resources in the operation and management of enterprises, but pays little attention to the capital flow, workflow and information flow, which makes different partners lack the necessary connection and many links of communication are independent, leading to a serious backlog and waste of capital products, which eventually conflicts with the ultimate goal of enterprises.

(2) The traditional supply chain model pays too much attention to competition and ignores the important role of cooperation.
