Third step

Boiled peeled mung beans. Peeled mung beans are very easy to cook, and the pressure cooker will be crisp in ten minutes.

Fourth step

The cooking machine was smashed. I use the stirring rod of the cooking machine in the pressure cooker directly, and I don't wash a bunch of utensils for a few minutes. The peeled green bean paste is very delicate because it has no skin and can be easily processed into mud.

Step five

Pour the mung bean paste into the pot, add the oil and sugar, and start frying. It will be faster to fry peeled mung beans in two pots 1 kg. Being lazy for a while is haste makes waste. You can also mix mung bean paste with sugar and put it in the microwave oven (divided into three bowls) for three minutes, then take it out and stir it and put it in the microwave oven for three minutes, so that each bowl is heated three to six times in turn. The heating time and times need to be adjusted according to the different power of each microwave oven. After the water in the bean paste evaporates, add the oil and stir it in the pot, which will be much faster.

Step 6

Stir-fry the oil, sugar and bean paste evenly, boil over medium heat and simmer with low heat, stirring constantly to prevent the pan from sticking.

Step 7

Stir-fry until the bean paste is dry and no longer touches the pan. When the hardness reaches the required level, it can be taken out of the pot and cooled. 1 kg The final product of peeled mung beans is 2.8 kg of mung bean paste.

Step 8

Divide the green bean paste into two halves and knead the other half with green tea powder.

Step 9

The mung bean paste was kneaded into balls of about 12g, and the green tea bean paste was kneaded into balls of about 18g.

Step 10

A pit in the middle of green tea bean paste covered with green bean paste. Missed the photo shoot, basically the same as Bao jiaozi. Bean paste is easy to wrap.
