Steps of making tofu by hand
Stone-mill tofu has a complete block appearance, moderate hardness, fine texture, no impurities, special fragrance and pure fragrance. The color is white and slightly yellow, which is elastic and has excellent taste.

Practice steps:
Step 1: Soak soybeans in clear water for 8 hours, then add 6 kilograms of water and stir.

Step 7, until the soybean milk becomes clear.
Step 8: Spoon the ordered tofu into the mold.
Step nine, put a heavy object on it.
Step 10, tofu is ready after 20 minutes.
Tips:
The prepared salt water can be mixed with two spoonfuls of soybean milk. The inexhaustible salt water is poured out directly.
