Why does the hard pull training need more weight and fewer times?
Hard pulling is a classic strength training action. To complete a hard pull, the body uses the most muscles, but the traditional hard pull is mainly hip muscles, such as biceps femoris, gluteus maximus forearm and so on. Erector spinae (waist) plays a stabilizing role in the whole process of hard drawing, and the waist muscles are weaker than the active muscles in hard drawing. When you use a weight that can exercise strength or gain muscle, if you do it too many times, you will find that your waist will get tired before other places, which indirectly increases the risk of sports deformation. Of course, there is nothing absolute about exercise. You can lose weight and exercise your waist more, which is also possible. Many people say that hard back pulling and waist training are actually only for the shoulder blades in the second half to lift, chest out and shoulder blades adduction to achieve these goals.
