How to reform and innovate traditional grain and oil stores.

Tell me about my own experience. I haven't opened a grain and oil store, just a grocery store. I can give you some advice.

1. It is very important that the facade must be clean and tidy, which is an important factor to improve the attractiveness of consumers to your facade.

2. If the facade area is large, we can get as many varieties as possible in the early stage to gain the preference of the business households in the sales area. The next step is to focus on increasing the order quantity of the brands that the surrounding people like.

3. Learn to win over old ladies and grandfathers around you. Never offend them. There is nothing wrong with these old ladies and grandfathers all day long. You woo them, they advertise for you everywhere, you offend them, and you will be miserable. Your reputation will be ruined by them.

4. Be sure to operate in good faith and never cheat consumers. Grain and oil stores rely on repeat customers, unlike some industries, which are all one-time consumption and can be cheated.

5. Buy goods reasonably. Your fundamental purpose is to make money, not to send money. Try to reduce costs. When shopping around, we should also consider the logistics factor. If the same product, for example, the distance is cheaper than the proximity, even if the freight is cheaper, you might as well waste a little time and cost to reduce the material cost. 6.
