The technology of manufacturing camshaft with 45 steel can be divided into traditional technology and modern technology.

1. 2. Modern technology In order to ensure the machining quality of the two end faces and the central hole, the following technical scheme is adopted in modern machining. The combined machine tool equipped with numerical control system is used to mill the end faces and drill the central hole. The machining depth of the central hole and the total length of the workpiece are controlled by numerical control program, which effectively ensures the stability of the machining quality of the total length of the workpiece and the depth of the central hole.
