First, the significance of writing an investigation and analysis report

Investigation and analysis report is a written report written by investigators after careful analysis and research on a certain matter or a certain problem. The significance of the investigation and analysis report is embodied in the following two points:

Second, the characteristics of investigation report writing

Third, the structure of the investigation and analysis report

Investigation and analysis report generally consists of title, abstract, text, ending, annex and other parts.

They complement each other, so they become one of the most commonly used forms in investigation and analysis reports.

3. The form of the title.

(1) The title of "direct narration" refers to the title that reflects the investigation intention, project or place. This kind of title is concise and objective, and is often used in general investigation reports.

(2) the title of "expressing opinions". Explain the author's point of view directly, or judge and evaluate things.

(3) "Ask questions", that is, in the form of questions and questions, highlight the focus and sharpness of the questions, attract readers and make them think. For example, "What does the puppy love problem of middle school students show" and so on.

(2) Summary

It is a summary of the investigation report, mainly including the following three aspects: first, briefly explain the purpose of the investigation, that is, briefly explain the reasons for the investigation; Secondly, it briefly introduces the object and content of the survey. (1) Key points of the discussion section. The discussion part is the core part of the investigation report and determines the quality of the whole investigation report.

(2) Discuss the writing methods of the part. Because discussions usually involve a lot of content and long words, sometimes you can use general or suggestive subtitles to highlight the central idea of the article.

(3) The main content of the discussion part. No matter how many titles you use, the discussion part can be roughly divided into two parts: the basic situation part and the analysis part. 1) The basic information part should truly reflect the objective facts and objectively introduce the survey data with background information; Or ask questions, the purpose of which is to analyze the problem. 2) Analysis part. This is the main part of the investigation report. The last part is the conclusion of the investigation report. There are generally three forms of concluding remarks: (1) summary of the full text. Comprehensively expound the main points of the investigation report and deepen the theme of the article. (2) Form a conclusion. On the basis of in-depth and detailed scientific analysis of real data, the conclusion of the report is drawn. (3) Put forward opinions and suggestions. The annex is a supplement or more detailed explanation to the main report, including data summary table, original materials, background materials and necessary technical reports.
