How to take in nutrition reasonably

Reasonable nutrition, also known as balanced diet, refers to the supply of a complete variety, sufficient quantity, the right proportion of energy and various nutrients, and to maintain a balance with the body's needs, so as to achieve reasonable nutrition, promote health, and prevent disease diet. Its basic requirements are as follows:

First, provide a complete variety of nutrients in sufficient quantity and appropriate proportion. The Chinese Nutrition Society divides human food into five categories: the first category is cereals and potatoes; cereals include rice, noodles, and miscellaneous grains; potatoes include potato, cassava, and sweet potato. The second category is animal food, including meat, poultry, fish, milk and eggs. The third category is legumes and nuts, including soybeans, other dry legumes and nuts such as peanuts, walnuts and almonds. The fourth category is vegetables, fruits and mushrooms. The fifth category is pure energy substances, including animal and vegetable oils, starches, table sugar and alcohol. It is recommended that the daily diet should include the above five major food groups, choose two to four kinds of food in each category, and eat at least 10 to 20 kinds of food a day to reach more than 30 kinds of the best.

Second, ensure food safety. Food should not contain any harmful factors that may cause harm to the human body and should be kept fresh and hygienic to ensure the safety of residents' lives. Once the food is contaminated by harmful substances or spoilage, the nutrients in the food will be destroyed, not only can not meet the nutritional needs of the body, but also cause acute and chronic poisoning of the human body, and even carcinogenic.

Third, scientific cooking and processing. The scientific processing and cooking of food is aimed at eliminating anti-nutritional factors and harmful microorganisms in food, improving the digestibility of food, changing the organoleptic properties of food and promoting appetite.

Fourth, a reasonable meal system and good eating habits. According to different people's physiological conditions, labor intensity and working environment, a reasonable arrangement for the meal system. A reasonable meal system helps to promote appetite and regular secretion of digestive juices, so that food can be fully digested, absorbed and utilized. Adults should take three meals a day, and develop good eating habits such as not picking food, not partiality, not overeating.
