Six contents of resolutely preventing letters and visits from maintaining stability

According to the relevant regulations, "six practical precautions" means: resolutely guarding against major political and legal incidents, illegal gatherings and large-scale petitions, large-scale mass incidents, violent terrorist incidents and vicious criminal cases, major border instability incidents and major incidents caused by ethnic issues, major public security disasters and safety accidents with adverse effects.
