How to make LED lampshade

I made a chandelier lampshade from the waste around me. I made a lampshade from Nongfu Spring mineral water bottle and sewing kit.

Make a big hole in the middle and upper part of the bottle, insert the LED circuit board, drill a 6 mm hole in the bottle cap, install a 3.5 mm socket, and connect the socket and the LED circuit board with 0.5 milliwire. Connect the cable directly to the 3.5 plug and plug it into the jack to light it up. The chandelier doesn't need to be fixed, just hang it with a connecting wire. Finally, use a translucent plastic film to make a cover outside the bottle to avoid being too dazzling.

Self-made 220V AC 12V DC LED lighting: choose high brightness LED, with astigmatism brightness above 1200mcd, angle above 120 degrees, and spotlight brightness above 20000mcd. The voltage is 3.0-3.6v and the current is 20mA. Generally, the feet of LED are very long. In order to facilitate welding, pre-cut the feet with needle-nosed pliers or oblique-nosed pliers, leaving a 3mm pin. There is also a circuit board, 1-2 yuan/block. Other parts are also sold, such as 1N4004- 1N4007 rectifier diodes, and waste energy-saving lamps can also be used. It can also be made of rectifier bridge.

1. Install LED:

Place the mounting surface of the circuit board upward and place the LED in the polarity direction. Note that the long leg is the positive pole and the short leg is the negative pole. The brim of the straw hat is flat, and the negative pole is the positive pole. Do not install it upside down, because the LED is unidirectional and the circuit uses a series circuit. As long as one lamp is installed backwards, the whole set of lamps will not light up.

2. Welding:

After the LED is installed, the circuit board can be soldered, with the soldering surface facing upward. The welding temperature should be controlled within 240 degrees, with 30W soldering iron and grounding wire, and the time should not exceed 2 seconds. After welding, repair long stitches with nail clippers. So the lamp board is assembled.
