Since 1973, he has been engaged in physical education and served as the head coach of the school men's basketball team. The basketball team he trained won the municipal and provincial championships for more than 30 times, and won the third place before the provincial games for many times. 1988 won the runner-up in the "Shanghai Nanmo Cup" basketball competition in the national pilot middle school, and 1998 won the championship on behalf of the whole province in the basketball competition trials for middle school students in the whole province.
