Railway:

1, capacity expansion and reconstruction project of Xianggui Railway. The new Hengyang Station has newly built double tracks from Yongzhou and Guilin to Liuzhou, with a total length of 497 kilometers, including 187 kilometers in Hunan, with a total investment of about10 billion yuan.

2. Hengchaji Railway Project. Hengchaji Railway connecting Hunan and Jiangxi provinces is an important connecting line of Beijing-Guangzhou and Beijing-Kowloon railway passages. The total length of the main railway line is 2 10/0km (including162km in Hunan Province), and the tie line is 54km (including 4 1 km in Hunan Province). Hunan has a total investment of 5.3 billion yuan.

3. The second line project of Shi-Chang Railway. Shichang Line is an important channel connecting Liu Jiao, Luozhan and Beijing-Guangzhou. After the implementation of the second-line project, it can alleviate the tension of Hunan's electric coal transportation, improve the transportation conditions along the line, and promote the construction of Hunan's "3+5" urban agglomeration. The design speed of the project is 160km/h, the total length of the line is 279 km, and the total investment is11800 million yuan.

4. Loushao Railway Capacity Expansion and Reconstruction Project. According to the general requirements of Luozhan Corridor, the capacity expansion and reconstruction of the project are carried out, and the feasibility study and design are carried out according to the standard of reserved double track160 km/h. After the project is approved, it will be adjusted according to the standard of double track 200 km/h. The total length of Hunan is about 93 kilometers, with a total investment of about 7.5 billion yuan.

5. Jingyue Railway Project (Jingzhou, Hubei to Yueyang, Hunan). Jingyue Railway connects Beijing-Guangzhou Line and Liujiao Line, which are two main north-south trunk lines. The project will fill the gap in regional railway construction, improve the comprehensive transportation system along the line, help reduce logistics costs, meet and promote transportation demand, and is of great significance to stimulating regional economic development and actively supporting the rise of central China. The designed driving speed of this project is 160km/h, and double-track conditions are reserved for the whole line. The total length of the main line is 168km, and the total investment is1160 million yuan.

6. Hangchangkun Passenger Dedicated Line Project. The project is a railway corridor connecting the Yangtze River Delta, Central South and Southwest China. After the completion of the project, passenger and cargo will be transported separately, which will effectively alleviate the shortage of transportation capacity, and is of great significance to strengthen the contact and exchange between East China and Central South and Southwest China, and promote the coordinated development of regional economy. The maximum speed of the project is designed to be 350km/h, the total length of the line is about 2070km, and the total investment is about 282 billion yuan.

7. Qian-Zhang-Chang Railway Project. This project is from Qianjiang District of Chongqing to Changde City via Xianfeng County and laifeng county of Hubei Province, Longshan County and Zhangjiajie City of our province. It is the most convenient passage from Chongqing to Changsha, filling the gap that there is no railway within 240,000 square kilometers in this area, and will play a very good role in revitalizing the old revolutionary base areas and promoting economic development along the route. The total length of the line is about 356 kilometers, including 260 kilometers in Hunan, with a total investment of 654.38+08.7 billion yuan.

8. Huai Shao Heng Railway Project. The project runs through the southwest and hinterland of Hunan, connects Huaihua, Shaoyang and Hengyang, and runs through the trunk railways of Liu Zhi, Luozhan and Jingguang Economic Development Zones, which is conducive to the rise of central China and the development of the western region, and accelerates the people in the old areas to get rid of poverty and become rich. The total length of the line is 342 kilometers, including 285 kilometers newly built, with a total investment of11400 million yuan, and the estimated investment in our province is about1700 million yuan. The project is scheduled to start in 2009.

9. Chongqing-Huaihua double-track railway project. This project is not only a convenient passage connecting Sichuan and Chongqing in Hunan Province, but also an oblique regional trunk line from southwest to central south, and a convenient passage from Sichuan and Chongqing to central south and south China. The total length of the line is 624 kilometers, including 85 kilometers in Hunan, with a total investment of 2.6 billion yuan and an investment of about 400 million yuan in our province.
