What's the difference between employee thinking and boss thinking?
The boss thinks for himself, works for himself and seeks a way out for the survival and development of the enterprise. The goal year after year revolves around his heart every day, and there are often problems that need to be considered by the boss. As the helm of the enterprise, the direction and speed need the boss's thinking to grasp the other side of the goal. The greater the power, the heavier the responsibility. There are stubborn persistence and feasible flexibility, and everything is the vision and strategy of the goal.
Employee thinking and boss thinking are nothing more than different ambitions. No matter what kind of world they have in mind, they all have their own goals. People who have found their goals have the boss's overall thinking, are not trapped by reality, are not arrogant and impetuous, stick to their own opinions and make great strides all the way.
No matter what kind of thinking is just the choice of different people, the boss's thinking is bumpy and colorful, and the employee's thinking is rare and confused. Just find your own position, sort out your own ideas and go your own way.
