What's the difference between employee thinking and boss thinking?

Thought guides behavior, and behavior leads to results. Employees should be content with ideological mediocrity, do as much work as they are paid, do as little as possible with limited wages, play more games and watch more movies, and just muddle along day by day. With one's own intelligence, one can completely master the work of practice makes perfect, like a duck to water. Days, months and years have passed, so employees are just employees.
